Young Leadership Program

The roles of a leader in the era of results goes beyond managing an organization's resources. He or she must be responsible for the inspiration, development and integration of people and teams so that everyone meets their objectives. In this regard, Sescoop is investing in the development of young people, not only for future succession, but also to promote the expansion of the Brazilian cooperative movement. Thus, the Young Cooperative Leadership Program was created, aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 24.

Cooperjovem Program

To promote the cooperative movement. This objective will become a reality through an educational proposal based on cooperative values, principles, and practices. Sescoop created the Cooperjovem program to help schools prepare students for cooperative enterprises. The program aims to promote and develop essential cooperative values: cooperation, volunteer work, solidarity, autonomy, responsibility, democracy, equality, honesty and mutual help. The program is aimed at youngsters between the ages of 6 and 13.
